By using CheatChat, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your access to and use of the CheatChat platform, including all features, tools, and community content.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CheatChat only for lawful purposes. You may not post content that is demonstrably false, defamatory, or designed to harass a specific individual. You agree that all content you submit is truthful to the best of your knowledge. You may not use CheatChat to stalk, harass, or threaten any person.

2. Anonymity & Identity

CheatChat is designed to be anonymous. You may not post the full legal name, home address, workplace address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information of any individual. First names only are permitted. Posts containing identifying information will be removed without notice.

3. Content Standards

All posts must relate to dating safety experiences. Posts may not contain: nudity or sexual content, content involving minors, doxxing information, calls to action for harassment, or content designed to intimidate. CheatChat moderators may remove any content at their sole discretion.

4. Dispute Process

Any person who believes a post about them is false or violates these terms may submit a dispute via our dispute form. All disputes are reviewed by a human moderator within 48 hours. If a post is found to violate our terms, it will be removed within 24 hours of that determination.

5. Privacy

We collect minimal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details. We do not sell personal data. All search queries are anonymous. All post submissions are anonymous. IP addresses may be logged for fraud prevention purposes only.

6. Section 230

CheatChat is an interactive computer service under 47 U.S.C. § 230. We are not the publisher or speaker of any user-generated content. We are not liable for content posted by users. We do, however, moderate content that violates our community guidelines.

7. Pro Subscriptions

Pro memberships are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from your profile settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds. The 7-day free trial does not require a credit card and auto-cancels if not upgraded.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Spy Services are provided by verified third-party investigators. CheatChat acts as a marketplace. Results are provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of background check information. Users should independently verify any information before taking action.

9. Limitation of Liability

CheatChat is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to relationship decisions made based on content found on CheatChat. Always verify information independently.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of CheatChat after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users.
